Click 'Start Planning' and sign in with Google. After subscribing, you'll go through a quick onboarding to set your wedding date, timezone, and optional budget. From there, you'll have full access to all planning tools.
Pop The Plan includes everything you need: checklist with kanban and list views, timeline scheduling, budget tracking with categories and payments, guest list management with RSVPs, seating charts, vendor tracking, accommodations, rentals, music planning, and design tools like moodboards and color palettes.
Yes, security is important to us. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate the app. You can delete your planner data anytime in Settings, and export your checklist or timeline as CSV.
Yes! Copy guest data from your spreadsheet and paste it into our import tool. Use the format: Name, Email, Phone, RSVP Status, Side, Notes (comma or tab separated). Duplicates are matched by email and updated automatically.
